Self catering accommodation in Margate, Ramsgate and Uvongo. All our units are inspected before and after arrival to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation. All our flats are located on beachfront properties with amazing sea views and easy access to beaches and local amenities.

There is an admin fee of R440 for bookings, and a once off R45 per person for bedding. Towels are an extra R35 per set if required. Weekend bookings are payable in full prior to arrival. A refundable key deposit of R500 or one days rental which ever is the greater figure will be charged with each booking, refundable in the month following the booking date. All accommodation to be paid before the day of arrival.

Availability: Units let are subject to availability on day of arrival. Should the unit not be available the agency reserves the right to accommodate you in similar accommodation.

Overloading of units: The units are designed for a specific number of people, if it is reported that there are more people in the unit than what was originally booked for you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

Special Offer: To help with expenses we will be offering our out of season special of "pay for 7 stay for 8" on all out of season accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation once a unit is booked and the deposit paid the deposit will only be refunded on the following conditions

When the unit has been rebooked the deposit will be paid back less the following deductions R400.00 admin and a 10 % booking fee.

In the event of a partial re booking of the unit the deposit will be applied to the unbooked time and the balance paid back less the admin fee of R 400 and the 10 % booking fee.

For your Financial Security: To combat fraud please do not deposit money for holiday bookings to any account other then that supplied by Margate Unlimited Office.

Notice: Please note that you can no longer bring your DSTV card for decoders as they are not compatible any longer (PVR Decoders are also not compatible). Vacationers are more then welcome to bring your own decoder and card with you, or inquire at the office about hiring one.

There are no pets allowed in the units.
